This site describes the ordering systems we build for takeaways. The descriptions are written to be accurate at the time of publication, but they're a summary, not a specification. What your system will include is set out in the written proposal we send you.
Nothing on this website is an offer or a binding quotation. A price is only binding once we've given it to you in writing for your specific takeaway and you've accepted it.
If we build an ordering system for your takeaway, your domain, your branding, your menu content and your customer data are yours. The software that runs the ordering system remains ours, and is provided to you as a service for as long as your agreement is running. Ending the agreement ends the service. The specifics are set out in your own written agreement, which takes precedence over this page.
Where we show a takeaway's website, we do so with that business's permission, to demonstrate work we've genuinely delivered. Those businesses own their own brands, menus and content. Following a link to a client's site takes you to a site we don't operate, and their own terms apply there.
The text, design, layout, code and images on this site belong to us unless stated otherwise. Please don't copy or republish them without asking. You're welcome to link to us.
We aim to keep this site up and accurate but we don't guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove pages at any time.
We're not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on the general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited in law. Liability for work we carry out for a client is dealt with in that client's agreement.
These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.
