OrderDirect NI builds online ordering systems for independent takeaways. We're based in Derry. For anything to do with your information, contact us at hello@orderdirectni.com.
Our registered business details will be listed here once registration is complete.
This policy covers this website only. The ordering websites we build for takeaways are operated by those takeaways, and each has its own privacy policy covering its own customers.
Only to reply to you about online ordering for your takeaway, and to keep a record of what we discussed and quoted. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest — you asked us to get in touch about a business service.
Your enquiry is delivered to us by email through our email provider, and this website is hosted by our hosting provider. Both process the information on our behalf and only to provide those services. We don't share your enquiry with anyone else.
We keep enquiries for as long as there's a live conversation, and for up to two years afterwards in case you come back to us. Then we delete them. If you become a client, we keep what we need to provide and support your system.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@orderdirectni.com and we'll deal with it within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. If we ever add analytics, we'll say so here first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
